Regulated by FINSA 🇨🇭

Our mission is to provide exclusive access to U.S.-based private market deals and niche alternative investment funds. Leveraging strategic networking and industry insights, we connect capital to opportunities shaped by structural policy shifts, reindustrialization dynamics, and transformative technological innovation.

Bridging Opportunities, Driving Value.

Fund Distribution

We source and promote niche investment funds with distinct, research-driven strategies and proprietary alpha-generation capabilities. Emphasis is placed on uncorrelated return profiles, robust risk management frameworks, and macro-economically grounded investment theses.

Secondary & Liquidity Solutions

Switzerland offers untapped potential for private market liquidity. Through our network of Swiss professional investors, we source and execute secondary transactions across LP and GP stakes. In partnership with Kapital, we have the power to provide tailored securitization structures for continuation vehicles and pooled asset buyouts—enabling efficient, compliant exit pathways.

Deal Origination & Placement

We identify and place primary private market deals across early-stage venture, growth equity, and middle-market private equity. Sector-agnostic and U.S.-focused, our strength lies in sourcing direct investment opportunities before they reach mainstream channels. We also offer access to niche fund strategies aligned with emerging themes and investor demand.

Michael Völlmin BSc (Finance), MSc (Wealth Management)

Michael Völlmin is a finance/ice hockey professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Babson College and a Master’s degree in Wealth Management from the University of Geneva. His career path blends academic rigor with practical experience, including roles at Ameriprise Financial, Merrill Lynch, and a $10 million AUM hedge fund of funds in Boston, MA. These experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of the finance landscape and a substantial network within the industry.

Recognizing the increasing demand for alternative investments amid today’s high-interest rates, inflation, and geopolitical uncertainty, Michael has dedicated his focus to independent distribution of funds and direct investments. With capital moving into alternatives, investors face an overwhelming range of funds. Michael’s approach emphasizes authentic relationships with wealth managers, making the investment process a human experience in an industry that can often feel impersonal. His work provides an on-the-ground, reputable presence for funds looking to stand out, bridging the gap between funds and professional investors.

Alongside his finance career, Michael is a seasoned professional ice hockey player. He leveraged his Swiss citizenship to play in Switzerland’s National League, where he has represented Geneve-Servette Hockey Club for the past seven years. His dual pursuit of hockey and finance reflects a commitment to excellence and adaptability that he brings to every project.

Michael’s athletic achievements underscore his dedication and winning mindset. He has won a Swiss National League B championship, the prestigious Swiss National League championship in 2023, and the Champions Hockey League title in 2024. Not the most skilled player, Michael built his career on enthusiasm, consistency, and the ability to foster strong relationships—qualities that kept him signing contracts year after year. These same traits make him a desirable person to connect with in finance and are central to his approach in fund distribution, where he brings a personable, driven energy that creates genuine connections and trust.
